Dexter beef is graded USDA choice-to-prime and flavor wise it is compered to kobayashi. The meat is tender, juicy and delicious. Dexter's are just the right size for a family they are expected to mature within 18-24 months, which results in about 400#- 500# pounds of lean proportioned cuts of meat, with very little waste. The meat is well-marbled with a darker color and rich flavor all from grass fed, range beef no antbodys, hormones or steroids to contaminate your beef.
